It's F**king hot in New Orleans

What up world,

I've been itching to go out during the day and shoot with my Holga but it's like record hot outside in New Orleans. I hate the heat so much. Summertime is probably the worst time of year for me. I like it cold, and I mean like uncomfortable cold. I went out at night week before last and last week to shoot but I didn't really shoot much. I wasn't really inspired by what the streets were giving me. It's the same ole' dead city with a million drunks forgetting what's important.



I was watching "Cable Television" on Monday, and the only thing on was reality shows. I literally checked every station that I thought would have some substance and nothing was showing but reality shows. I cancel my cable..... Is this what our life is about now? When we reward a group of ignorant idiots like the "Jersey Shore cast" thousands of dollars for being brainless pods. Maybe I'm becoming and ole' man that just doesn't see the comedy in this show. I just don't find anything funny about wasting my time watching idiots waste their adult lives.Why do people want to watch the human race at its worst? Honestly, people would rather watch a bunch meatheads and tramps then watch the Discovery, the History Channel, or just something with substance. We should stop praising ignorance.  I'm not the most intelligent man, in fact I'm sure that this blog and all of the other ones I've written have had spelling and grammar errors. I just feel like life is about something more and majority of the population tends the waste it. That's my opinion.
